Mission Statement
As a fitness educator, my true north is the belief that movement is medicine. A healthier body and lifestyle have massive positive effects on other areas of one’s life. Mental health paired with long-lasting physical capabilities are essential to sustaining a life of wellness and happiness.
My goals
My ultimate goal is to build a fitness practice for my clients that uses custom, strategic planning to achieve their goals. In doing so, I hope to educate my clients to the degree that if necessary, they could sustain their own fitness practice without me.
For my clients, I seek to illuminate the various benefits of fitness. Pursuing a more physically capable body changes one’s lifestyle in more ways than one usually expects. My clients often find themselves sleeping better, making healthier food choices, prioritizing how they feel, and seeking other forms of wellness.
My Training Style
I consider myself a friendly, down-to-earth, and realistic fitness educator that operates professionally and with an emphasis on safety. I am heavily motivated by seeing my clients progress, gain strength, mobility, and confidence, become happier, and increase overall wellness.
I strive to be transparent in every step of our training. After assessing my clients, I provide honest, realistic, and customized programming to achieve your specific and unique goals.
